GRAEME - Head Stylist Trained locally then went on to retrain with Vidal Sassoon full time on the Diploma degree course. Recently trained with the Tigi Management Academy in London. Did the haircut that won the Scottish L’Oreal Colour Trophy in 2006. Graeme is involved in the training of Couper & Co assistants.
JACKIE - Head Stylist Trained in Glasgow and recently completed the L’Oreal colour specialist degree. Jackie is now the colour specialist in the salon and trains the rest of the staff in colour. For the last 2 years she has been part of the L’Oreal evolution team and in 2006 and 2008 did the colours that won the Scottish L’Oreal colour trophy.
SHELLEY - Head Stylist A very busy stylist in the salon and is heavily involved in the training of other team members. She was overall winner of L’Oreal Talent Spotting in 2004 and did the haircut that won the Scottish L’Oreal colour trophy in 2008. She is also a member of the L’Oreal Evolution Team in 2008-2009.
KERRIE - Head Stylist A busy stylist who trained with Couper & Co. she has returned to work part time after maternity leave. Kerrie has been on numerous education courses and last year attended Vidal Sassoon academy in London.
GILLIAN - Principal Stylist
Gillian used to work full time in the salon but since she had her son, she now works part time and also teaches and assesses hairdressing at NVQ Level 2 and 3.
HAZEL - Master Stylist Highly successful team member in the salon. Hazel’s clientele is steadily growing and is now involved in training younger team members. Hazel always gives her clients 100% and is a very valued member of our team.
CONNIE -Master Stylist
Connie started her training with Couper & Co then moved to work in Glasgow. Connie returned to the salon and is an enthusiastic stylist last year doing most of the bands hair at T in the Park. She was also part of the Couper & Co talent spotting team that reached the Scottish final in 2008. Connie also won the Scottish L’oreal Gents Image award in 2009.
DAVID - Master Stylist
Recently promoted to master stylist. With his ability & fun personality we are sure he will do well. David was also part of the Couper & Co team who reached the Scottish final of the L’oreal talent spotting.
LISA - Master Stylist
Lisa had an exciting year in 2008 winning the Scottish L’Oreal young colourist award and later on in the year was part of the Couper & Co team which reached the final of Scottish L’Oreal talent spotting. Currently on maternity leave.
TERRI - Young Stylist
Has now completed her Couper & Co training and hopes to build her own clientele. Is also aiming to complete her NVQ Level 3 this year.
LINZI – Young Stylist
Linzi has completed her Couper & Co training and this year will focus on building her clientele. She will also aim to complete her NVQ level 3 this year.
SHERYLL – Assistant Sheryll is in her 2nd year of training at Couper & Co & aims to go on to clients by the end of 2010. She is friendly & helpful ensuring clients feel welcome & relaxed.
LAURA – Assistant Newest assistant, very chatty and excited with her new job.
HELEN -Receptionist Her job is to ensure the smooth running of the appointment system and updating of the salon computer. She is always helpful and friendly on reception and is a valued member of staff.
LAUREN -Receptionist
Covers reception desk and is in charge of stock control and orders through new website www.helpmyhair.co.uk.
LAURA – Beauty Therapist HND
Laura is our fantastic beauty therapist upstairs in Couper & Co. Laura is now building up a steady clientele and offers high standards which is reflected in her award of Therapist of the year 2008.
